How do I make a reservation?
Reservations can be made in three ways:
1. On-line from the Website, by filling in the form. After clicking "Send", the system will automatically generate an information summary for you and enter your information to the database.
2. By telephone on +48 12 638 0212, from Monday to Friday between 8.00 am and 8.00 pm, and on Sundays from 10.00 am to 3.00 pm
3. By fax to +48 12 638 02 14, or email us at biuro@tww.pl with your name, surname, address, telephone number (mobiles preferable), the dates of your trip, the apartment you’d like or the city you want to be in, and the number of people in your party.
Are the prices per person, or per apartment?
Prices listed are for rental of the apartment as a whole. The maximum capacity of each apartment is listed in its description.I reserved a 4-person apartment, but we also have a small child. Do we need to buy an additional bed?
Additional beds can be provided upon request.Is it possible to get a fold-up bed or a cot?
Yes, you can, for an additional fee. Please inform us of this need on the reservation form. The cost of an additional bed is 40 PLN per night, and 15 PLN per night for cots.Is it possible to change our check-in times?
Check-in times are open, from 3 pm on the day of arrival to 12 noon on the day of departure. The departure time is not negotiable.Is there a reception area in the apartments?
There are no reception areas in our Warsaw and Kraków apartments, as these are individual apartments, not big complexes. We will arrange to meet you to hand over the keys and introduce you to your apartment at a time and place convenient to you, usually at the apartment itself. In our Zakopane apartments, there is a reception area, open between 9 am - 12 noon and 3 pm - 8 pm. However, if you have any questions we also have a 24 hour telephone line which you can call for help regarding any issues you may have with your apartment.Where do I collect the keys?
We will arrange to meet you, usually near the apartment, after 3 pm, to hand over your keys and introduce you to the place.How do I return the keys?
When we meet to give you your keys in the first place, we will arrange a time and place to collect them again at the end of your stay.Is the price I receive in the reservation confirmation email the final price, or are there any other, additional fees?
The only additional fee after that is the “Climate Feeâ€, introduced in 2007 by the authorities in Zakopane. The Climate Fee is 1.70 PLN per person per night in Zakopane. This amount is added to the bill for a given apartment on the day of arrival.Is it possible to get an invoice for our stay?
It certainly is. By using our details and the information submitted by you during the booking process, or after sending the relevant information by email on the day of making the reservation or paying the deposit, we can issue you with a full invoice. We can give it to you the day you arrive when we hand over the keys, or post it to you at the address you specify.
Can we pay on arrival with a credit card?
Yes, our employees are equipped with portable credit card readers.How do we get to our apartment?
To help you on your way, check the Maps menu on the website for maps of individual towns with all our apartments marked on them with GPS coordinates.Can we smoke in the apartments?
Smoking inside the apartments is forbidden, but you may smoke on the balcony if your apartment has one.Is it possible to order meals for delivery to the apartment?
Yes. In Krakow and Warsaw we can deliver breakfast to your apartment after previously agreeing a delivery time. It should be mentioned that for the Warsaw Mokotów apartment, breakfast deliveries on Saturdays, Sundays and Bank Holidays are not possible.
In Zakopane, breakfast is served in the Motyle Villa's dinning room. Please order your meal a day in advance, before 6 pm.
Do the apartments have their own bed linen and towels?
Yes, the beds are fully made and the bathrooms are stocked with fresh towels.Do we need to take any kitchenware with us?
Kitchens and kitchen annexes in our apartments are fully equipped with all necessary table and kitchenware.Can we bring our dogs and cats with us?
Yes you can, but please note there is an additional fee of 20 PLN per night for each pet.Can I be collected from Kraków Balice Airport?
Yes, we can meet you at the airport (or train station) and take you to your apartment or any other place you’d like to go initially. The cost of transport for this service is based on the number of people travelling and whether it is day or night.Benefits of Registration?
