Underground parking spaces are available with 24h security, and the apartment is located in the very heart of Kraków, opposite the Galeria Krakowska shopping mall. Only 3 minutes on foot from the PKP Main Railway and PKS Coach Stations, and 6 minutes on foot from the Market Square. Balice Airport is a handy 15 minutes away by train, or 30 minutes driving. The apartment is ideally located for sightseeing in the Old Town, not only during the day but also at night, as there is no need to use public transport. On foot from Kraków Main Rail and Coach Stations, take ‘Stare Miasto’ exit. Then follow the pavement in front of the Galeria Krakowska Shopping Mall on ul. Pawia. The Angel City complex is the large brick building on your left at the end of the street. By car, follow the signs to the ‘Centrum’ or the PKP Railway Station and Galeria Krakowska. Entry to the underground parking is on ul. Warszawska, just after the intersection with ul. Szlak. At the intersection there is ‘No entry’ sign, but this doesn’t refer to residents or hotel guests. Note! Part of ul. Pawia is one-way for private cars; from the main junction at ul. Westerplatte street in the direction of ul. Warszawska. ul. Warszawska is also a one-way street in the direction of Plac. Matejki. By taxi, the trip takes approximately 30 minutes, or 15 minutes by train.

Keys	You can collect your keys from 3 p.m. on the day of your arrival, and are kindly asked to return them before 12 a.m. on the day of your departure. If you wish to leave later or to pick up your keys earlier than 3 p.m., please notify us by telephone as early as possible. We will try to accommodate you request and make sure that the apartment is made available at convenient times. Please contact us to arrange the place and time of picking up your keys.
Boarding	Within a 1-minute walk there are a few restaurants. We deliver your breakfast to the apartment on request.
Cleaning	Up to 4 days stay - Apartment is cleaned after the departure of the Guests. Longer than 4 days stay - Cleaning and towel change - twice a week, linen change - once a week. On request we will clean the apartments daily during your stay.
Transport	We can provide you transportation from airport/bus, train station to apartment and to wherever you would like to go. We also organize trips to Oświęcim/Auschwitz, Salt Mine in Wieliczka and Zakopane.
